Everyone here was excellent and affable.

we got fresh and very good breakfasts at least for espresso. marvellous location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. the hotel was placed within 5 km of the airport.

The breakfast was freshly cooked and extensive at least for espresso and all the food was good! The location was nice there, very close to midtown. Moreover, it was next to the centre of town, and the harbour, and central downtown.

Its ideal, central location was a plus. The service was good in my opinion.

The restaurant was nice which serves food until 11pm, we ordered hot dishes. The staff was obliging and courteous, the room was well-designed. The location was favourable, just a short stroll away from coastal Renaissance fortress.

The breakfasts were fresh made and extensive with fruits and hot options and yogurt and all the staff was patient.

The hotel is ideal and fairly clean, has good views of the ocean. Property's breakfast is incredibly nice, includes cakes, fruit, eggs, and bacon. The rooms are absolutely perfect and beautiful with particularly good bathrooms.

Nice swimming pool. Renovated rooms are better. Good breakfast. Free parking outside. Nice location.

Ideal and clean hotel, incredible views of the ocean. Incredibly comfortable location very close to the center of town where all the good restaurants are and airport and main town, and private parking. For shots visit Rotas do Vinho, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

Favourable location very close to midtown, easy to get anywhere. About 5 minutes walk from Church of Sao Jose.

We booked the twin/double room that was brand-new. All the services were good.

Had an awesome stay in my all holidays, everything was great. New-fashioned and tidy room with balcony was enjoyable😃

Comfortable room, large bathroom. Lovely and kind staff providing polite services. Marvellous location and excellent facilities.

The location of the hotel was favourable and perfect - not too far from Ponta Delgada City Gates. The venue itself was in a very relaxing area, so close to the marina and Sao Miguel and the downtown and shopping. I was there for 5 nights and ate at à la carte restaurant which serves food until 11pm.
